Part-Time Client Growth & Social Media Assistant (Yoga & Wellness)
We’re looking for a warm, creative, and organized Client Growth & Social Media Assistant to support the growth of a Toronto-based yoga & wellness business rooted in healing, connection, and community care.
Our offerings include private yoga, semi-private sessions, prenatal wellness, sound baths, workshops, and intentional wellness experiences designed to help people feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in their everyday lives.
This role is ideal for someone who feels inspired by wellness-centered work and wants to play an active part in growing a heart-led business with meaningful impact. You’ll help cultivate genuine client relationships, expand our online presence, and contribute creative ideas that help more people discover supportive wellness spaces.
There is strong opportunity for growth within the role as the business continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Help attract aligned new clients through Instagram, TikTok, community outreach, and relationship-building
- Create and post engaging content including Reels, stories, captions, and wellness-focused social media campaigns
- Support the growth of an authentic and welcoming online community through consistent interaction and engagement
- Reply to DMs and inquiries in a warm, thoughtful, and professional manner
- Follow up with potential and past clients to support ongoing relationships, retention, and repeat bookings
- Help promote private sessions, semi-private classes, memberships, workshops, and wellness offerings
- Research local partnerships, collaborations, and community opportunities aligned with the brand mission
- Assist with email/text marketing, light administrative support, and client communication
- Brainstorm creative ideas to expand visibility, deepen community engagement, and support business growth
- Track basic growth metrics such as engagement, inquiries, bookings, and audience growth

Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about yoga, wellness, motherhood, healing, or holistic living
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and content editing apps
- Strong communication skills and friendly, welcoming energy
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable communicating with clients online
- Experience in social media, marketing, wellness, or community-building is an asset
- Motivated by both meaningful connection and measurable growth
Helpful Skills (Not Required)
- Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok analytics, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and digital marketing
- Experience creating short-form video content and engaging social media campaigns
- Knowledge of wellness, yoga, or community-centered brands
