Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, honest, trustworthy and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be OMVIC licensed and will play a crucial role in overseeing Business Office operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance within the organization. This commission based position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for fostering excellent customer service within the finance department, particularly in a dealership environment.
Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop financing options that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue.
- Negotiate terms with lenders and financial institutions to secure favorable financing arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to financing.
- Train and mentor staff on financial processes and best practices within the dealership.
- The ability to offer and sell a suite of automotive products and maximize profitability.
