What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh chicken and sides to Mary Brown's standards
- Following food safety and FIFO procedures
- Keeping your station and equipment clean and organized
- Supporting morning set-up and evening close-down
- Working as part of a tight-knit team during peak service hours
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of kitchen or QSR experience preferred (but we'll train the right person)
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Food handler certification is a plus — or willingness to get certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
