Looking for part time & full time Kitchen assistants to join our family run, fast paced, sushi restaurant in Chilliwack. Hana sushi restaurant. Est.1996

Schedule
- Half day shifts (closing/opening)
- Day shift / afternoon-evening shift
- Shifts with breaks
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Responsibilities
- Help prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
- Line cooking depending on progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- General kitchen work and cleaning of equipment and workspace.
- Capable with dishwashing, cleaning and putting dishes away.
- Prep work.
- Deep fryer work
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 per hour
