Brouwer Kesmac, a trusted manufacturer of high‑quality turf equipment based in Keswick, Ontario, is proud to design and build industry‑leading machinery right here in our full‑scale production facility. We are looking for an Entry Level Machine Builder to build light-duty agricultural equipment (turf rollers and sub-assemblies). The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, and dependable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit and install prefabricated parts to form sub- assemblies and/ or finished goods.
- Follow established assembly sequences; able to assemble most sub-assemblies without direction or guidance.
- Attach and secure parts using bolts, rivets, and other fastening methods.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets, deadlines, and daily schedules.
- Perform grinding, fitting, or minor repairs as needed to ensure proper part alignment.
- Inspect finished products for proper function and safety guards.
- Responsible for the quality of his/her own work.
- Follows safety procedures, works safely, and wears proper PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Advantages:
- Pay Rate for this position starts at $19-$25/ hour and is based on experience with opportunities for advancement.
- Working hours Monday through Thursday 7am-4pm and Fridays 7am-12pm.

Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with strong hands‑on aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools and powered tools for assembly work
- 1-2 years previous experience in similar environment
- Must have valid driver’s License.
Working Conditions
Normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment. Work involves standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, sitting, grasping, and reaching, may require lifting, pulling, and/or pushing up to 50lbs. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, steel toe footwear, eye, ear, and hand protection.
