We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide onsite technical support to end users in Toronto. This is a part-time onsite opportunity, requiring one designated working day per week. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft technologies, and IT service management tools while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and other cloud technologies.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and asset management using ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices according to company standards.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Deliver professional onsite IT support while ensuring a high level of end-user satisfaction.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience providing Level 1/Level 2 desktop support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure / Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
- ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10/11
- Laptop deployment and management
- Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, organized, and service-oriented approach.
- 0.2 FTE (Part-Time)
- 1 designated working day per week (Monday–Friday)
