About Mascon Construction
Mascon Construction is a growing construction company delivering commercial, institutional, restoration, and general contracting projects across the Kingston region. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment while supporting project teams from pre-construction through closeout.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and helping drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
- Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Maintain project schedules, logs, and document control systems
- Coordinate communication between owners, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Assist with procurement, tendering, and subcontract administration
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice review
- Help ensure project documentation is complete for closeout, turnover, and warranty periods
- Attend site meetings and provide administrative and coordination support as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, architecture, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination, project administration, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is an asset (Procore)
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to local project sites

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
