CNC Operator
Role Summary
London Stone Co. is London Ontario's fastest growing Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Countertops stone fabricators, with a dedicated team of industry professionals.
We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team! If you’re a detail-oriented, hands-on individual, looking for full-time work in a friendly, respectful, dynamic environment – keep reading.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and adjust CNC machines (CNC Saw/Waterjet, CNC Routers)
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to drawings / specifications using measuring equipment
- Fork truck experience considered a very strong asset
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining Program Certificate or equivalent is considered an asset
- 2-3 years of CNC experience is considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge / understanding of CNC machining principles, practices and procedures
- Familiar with CNC controls
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
