Summary
We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our clients' landscapes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and beauty.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
- Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
- Supervise junior staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
- Support construction activities related to landscape projects.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
- Strong leadership and supervising skills.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
