We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Office & Facilities Support Assistant to help maintain our office facilities, executive workspaces, and residential properties. This unique role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming environments while providing exceptional support to leadership and daily operations.

What You'll DoFacilities & Workplace Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout office facilities, including offices, boardrooms, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate minor maintenance requirements and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Ensure facilities consistently reflect a professional and welcoming environment.
Executive Support
- Maintain and organize the CEO's office and designated workspaces.
- Prepare meeting rooms and executive spaces for visitors, meetings, and special events.
- Assist with office setup, furniture arrangements, and hospitality requirements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Residential Property Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned residential properties.
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, stocking supplies, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
General Office Support
- Assist with company meetings, events, and special projects.
- Receive deliveries and organize supplies.
- Maintain inventory of office and household supplies.
- Provide additional support as required.
QualificationsRequired
- Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities support, hospitality, office services, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driver's abstract.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and carrying supplies.
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
- Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, or facility services.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

Working Conditions
