Crafted Pizza is a growing BC food brand producing premium artisanal frozen pizzas made with high-quality ingredients and traditional methods. We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to help us grow our presence across the Lower Mainland and beyond.
This role combines sales, account development, store visits, product deliveries, merchandising, product demonstrations, farmers markets, and brand support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping grow a local BC food brand.
Position Details
- Part-time, Full-time, or Contract
- Flexible schedule
- Based in the Lower Mainland, BC
- Immediate start available
- Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives and commissions
Responsibilities
- Developing new retail and food service accounts through phone, email, and in-person visits
- Following up with existing customers and maintaining strong relationships
- Visiting stores to merchandise products and support promotions
- Delivering products, samples, and marketing materials to retail customers and event locations
- Ensuring products are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time
- Conducting in-store product demonstrations and sampling events
- Supporting farmers markets, trade shows, and promotional events
- Transporting products, sampling supplies, tents, tables, and promotional materials to markets, demos, and events
- Loading and unloading products and equipment as required
- Assisting with event setup, takedown, and product displays
- Tracking sales activities and customer feedback
- Representing the Crafted Pizza brand professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable lifting and transporting products, coolers, display materials, tents, tables, and other event equipment
- Able to regularly lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Previous experience in sales, retail, merchandising, food service, brand ambassador, or customer service roles is an asset
- Knowledge of the grocery industry is an asset but not required
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is required for conducting product demonstrations. Candidates who do not currently hold a valid certificate may still apply; Crafted Pizza can support the certification process for successful applicants.
