We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Operations Specialist to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role works closely with customers, warehouse teams, and transportation providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high service standards and KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily fulfillment operations, including inbound, outbound, FBA, and B2C/B2B order processing.
· Create and manage orders within WMS/OMS systems.
· Coordinate inbound forecasts, ASN information, shipment schedules, and customer requests.
· Communicate with customers via email, chat groups, and internal communication channels in a timely manner.
· Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
· Handle operational exceptions such as inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, labeling issues, and returns.
· Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory reports, and customer-related data.
· Assist with SOP updates and continuous process improvements.
· Support invoice verification and operational billing reviews.
· Perform other operational tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
· College diploma or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
· 2+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, 3PL, e-commerce logistics, or related industries preferred.
· Experience supporting large local B2B customers and handling high-volume operational accounts is preferred.
· Familiarity with B2B fulfillment operations, pallet shipments, retail distribution, or container inbound/outbound processes is an asset.
· Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with WMS/OMS systems is an asset.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
