We are seeking a dedicated Banking Consultant to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our clients' financial needs and ensuring seamless service delivery at The Forest Hill Group's prestigious properties in. As a Banking Consultant, you will contribute to our mission of offering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial advice and support to clients within the luxury property sector.
- Assist clients with banking transactions and account management.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial services meet client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services relevant to high-end clientele.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service.
- Support the implementation of financial solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Banking Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
