Rose Health Clinic – Scarborough, ON
Rose Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial Naturopathic Doctor to join our growing boutique multidisciplinary clinic in Scarborough.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced ND with a strong clinical interest in fertility, hormonal health, skin health, and chronic disease management who is excited to build and grow their own practice within an established clinic. While practitioners are expected to actively develop their own patient base, the successful candidate may also receive new patient referrals and overflow from the Clinic Director as the practice grows.
We are particularly interested in a practitioner with a strong clinical focus in:
- Fertility care
- Pre-conception health
- Fertility acupuncture and IVF support
- Hormonal health
- Skin health
- Chronic disease prevention and management, including diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular health, and weight management
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized naturopathic care through both in-person and virtual appointments.
- Develop evidence-informed, personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Actively build and grow your patient base through exceptional patient care, relationship building, and community engagement.
- Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
Qualifications
- Current registration and membership in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Minimum three years of clinical practice experience.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in fertility care, including fertility acupuncture and supporting patients undergoing IVF and other assisted reproductive treatments.
- Excellent communication and motivational counselling skills.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and committed to actively building and growing your own patient base.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Schedule
This is a part-time independent contractor position.
Availability should include:
- Daytime hours
- Evening appointments
- Some Saturdays
Compensation
Compensation is based on a 65% practitioner / 35% clinic split, plus a modest monthly administration fee.
The monthly administration fee helps cover:
- Access to our EMR system
- Online booking and scheduling
- Payment processing fees
- Administrative support
- Marketing and patient acquisition initiatives
- Day-to-day clinic operations
