Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner Subcontractors to join our team in the GTA. The house cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all residential spaces, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction while cleaning thoroughly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen (oven, fridge and microwave)
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards as required
- Organize spaces to ensure all areas are clean
- Arrive on time to scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in house cleaning
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to meet scheduling deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation (must own a vehicle) and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies/equipment (glass cleaner, stainless steel cleaner, all purpose cleaner, mop and vacuum) is an asset
- Good customer service skills
