JOB DESCRIPTION
Cleaner
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residental building in Surrey. Applicant must be able to travel to a specific work site and be available for day shifts.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cleaning & Sanitizing
- Maintain the cleanliness of the common area, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces and floors
- Disinfect high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
2. Waste Management
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Sort and dispose of recycling and compost
- Report hazardous waste or spills
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years of cleaning experience
· Excellent time management
· Good understanding of English
· Ability to deal with residents in a positive & respectful manner
JOB TYPES
35 Hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 14 hours per day, Saturday 7 hours & Sunday 7 hours morning Shift
