We are seeking a Dental Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating positive experiences for both patients and referring offices.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally 2–3 years of dental administration experience
- Willing to train candidates who have completed a Dental Office Administration program and possess basic dental knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
Because many endodontic patients are experiencing pain or anxiety, we are looking for someone who is understanding, compassionate, and dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing patient referrals and communication with referring offices
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Confirming appointments and maintaining schedules
- Insurance verification and patient financial discussions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and referring offices
- Providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call through treatment completion
- Supporting the daily administrative operations of the practice
