Frazer Excavation Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-starting Parts Driver and Shop Helper to join our team. This position supports our shop and mechanical team with the organization and daily operations of our equipment yard and shop facilities.
This is a full-time position with 8-hour workdays, with occasional Saturdays and overtime required based on operational needs.

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Overtime available as needed
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Head Mechanic, the Shop Helper is responsible for assisting with the following.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Picking up parts and shop supplies as required using a company-provided vehicle
- washing trucks and equipment
- changing and repair of truck tires.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Who This Role Is Ideal For
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in supporting a strong team, and is looking for a stable, long-term role within the company. This is NOT a heavy-duty mechanic apprenticeship position.
We are looking for someone who wants to build consistency and longevity in this role, rather than someone seeking rapid advancement into other positions within the company.

- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical labour daily
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous shop or labour experience is considered an asset
