Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional kitchen experience
- At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Strong understanding of station organization, timing, and cleanliness
- Ability to execute consistently under pressure during high-volume service
- Professional attitude, dependable work habits, and strong communication
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute dishes according to Harbour 60 standards for quality and accuracy
- Maintain station setup, organization, and daily prep
- Work efficiently during busy services with strong attention to detail
- Support banquet production and special events when required
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization procedures
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented, professional environment
What We Offer
