Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining safety protocols. Candidates with experience in CNC programming, welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will excel in this position.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other manufacturing equipment with precision.
- Program and troubleshoot Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files using SolidWorks or similar software.
- Perform CNC programming tasks to set up and optimize machining processes.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Operate forklifts safely for material handling within the warehouse environment.
- Assemble components using welding techniques and mechanical skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging finished products for shipment and storage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CNC programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar machining equipment.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes, welding, and assembly techniques.
- Experience operating forklifts and hand tools in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and basic math skills for measurements.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Prior experience with packaging processes is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
