Role Description
The successful Osteopath candidate will provide comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans for clients experiencing pain, mobility challenges, and musculoskeletal concerns, using hands-on osteopathic care to improve movement, support recovery, and advance overall health and wellness goals.
As a valued member of our wellness centre, you’ll build on an established client base while growing your own thriving practice. We’re seeking a motivated practitioner who is passionate about lasting client relationships, collaborative teamwork, and increasing community awareness of osteopathic care.
This role is ideal for someone committed to holistic health, ongoing professional development, and helping clients achieve long-term wellness through individualized treatment plans and preventative care in a calm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
· Assess clients and create individualized treatment plans.
· Provide safe, effective osteopathic manual therapy with professionalism and ethical care.
· Educate clients on treatment, self-care, and injury prevention to support long-term wellness.
· Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
· Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and positive manner.
· Work well in a team-focused environment and provide exceptional client care.
· Build and maintain a loyal, repeat client base.
· Grow your practice while supporting the success of the wellness centre.
Qualifications
· Graduate of an accredited Osteopathic program and in good standing with your affiliated college.
· Strong knowledge of osteopathic principles, manual therapy, and musculoskeletal assessment.
· Able to assess clients, create treatment plans, and provide safe, effective care.
· Knowledge of rehabilitation, injury prevention, and client education for long-term wellness.
· Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, client-centred approach.
· Strong attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and adaptable treatment planning.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively with the wellness team.
· Maintain professional and ethical standards.
· Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or wellness setting is an asset.
