Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently hiring for a Senior Graphic Designer to work out of our Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with regular onsite collaboration required.
More about the role:
Reporting to the Design Strategist, Team Lead, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual communications that support Superior Glove's marketing and brand strategies. This role manages creative projects from concept through final production while collaborating with marketing, product management, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging creative across multiple channels. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our visual identity, brand standards, and creative processes while supporting and mentoring other members of the design team.
Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, web, email, social media, packaging, advertising, events, presentations, and other marketing channels.

Execute creative work across multiple disciplines including graphic design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video as required.

Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into compelling visual communications.

Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

Coordinate project timelines, communicate progress, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.

Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Superior Glove's brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assets.

Provide guidance and day-to-day design support to junior and intermediate designers.

Recommend improvements to creative workflows, processes, and team efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital marketing channels.

Minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related applications.

Strong knowledge of branding, typography, print production, digital design, and visual communication principles.

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management platforms such as Asana.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects while working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.

Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.

Experience in B2B marketing is preferred, while industrial or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
