A growing Management company located in the Victoria area is seeking an outgoing individual with the drive to succeed as a Strata Manager and to join and grow with our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strata properties and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Ensure compliance with the Strata Property Act and other relevant regulations.
- Oversee financial matters, including budgeting, reporting, and expense management.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with strata councils, owners, and contractors.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of Strata Management experience.
- Strata Manager License.
- Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act.
- Financial knowledge and the ability to manage budgets.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a drive for success and long-term career growth.
