Summary
We are seeking a dedicated House Person to join our team at Holiday Inn in St.Albert Canada. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will ensure our hotel remains clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, contributing directly to our guests' positive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms.
- Assist with laundry and linen services.
- Support the housekeeping team with various tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure the hotel environment is safe, clean, and inviting for all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
