We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to assist with outdoor property cleanup and basic groundskeeping. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time hours, weekend work, or extra income.
Locations
Primary Work Area: Frequently based at a primary site in the Ottawa South / Walkley Rd area.
Other Sites: Travel to various job sites across Ottawa and surrounding areas depending on weekly demand.
Key Responsibilities
Weeding: Clearing weeds from garden beds, gravel areas, walkways, and property perimeters.
Litter Removal: Performing trash/litter pickup across job sites using a manual trash picker. Site Maintenance: Keeping outdoor areas clean, neat, and presentable.
Requirements
Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle or a dependable way to get to job sites throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas.
Work Ethic: High level of responsibility and the ability to work productively without direct supervision.
Physical Effort: Comfortable standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Experience: Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Schedule & Pay Schedule: Flexible — suitable for weekends only OR part-time availability during the week.
Pay Rate: Starting from minimum wage up to $22.00/hour, depending on experience and dependability.
