Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Renovator to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of building, remodeling, and repair projects, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing. This role involves transforming spaces through detailed craftsmanship and technical expertise, ensuring high-quality results for residential and commercial projects. A thorough understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and construction estimating is beneficial to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute renovation projects.
- Perform concrete forming, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, siding, roofing, and siding repairs.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, and other fixtures such as plumbing and electrical components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct restoration work including surface preparation, caulking, sanding, painting, and finishing touches.
- Assist with rebar installation and framing tasks using construction estimating skills.
- Execute drywall installation and repair as well as woodworking tasks involving cabinetry and custom woodwork.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or maintenance person services.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, flooring installation, siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and restoration techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
