As a Systems Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Provide system administration and support for Microsoft Endpoint Management using SCCM and Intune
- Manage and maintain Windows device lifecycle activities including feature update readiness, deployment and compliance monitoring
- Develop endpoint management policies and standards aligned with evolving Microsoft security and Windows platform requirements
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve endpoint administration, reporting, troubleshooting and operational efficiency
- Assist with the architectural design, planning and deployment of technologies
- Act as an endpoint team subject matter expert in projects working with cross-functional team members
- Define and implement mobile device security controls leveraging Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune
- Research on potential technology solutions and make recommendations on best solutions to meet business requirements and operational needs
- Monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
- Automate processes where applicable
- Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests
- Define and execute Information Security practices including principles of least privilege, encryption, vulnerability management and identity access management
- Manage the Azure virtual desktop and Windows 365 environment
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekends
- Troubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and the appropriate technical resolution
- Provide L3 support
- Other relevant duties as assigned and required

- 5+ years professional experience as a system administrator
- 2+ years administering Microsoft Endpoint Management using SCCM and Intune including mobility, security, and deployments.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure including EntraID
- Strong working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Management
- Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell

We benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors, and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current. But we don’t stop there. We also consider the unique strengths, experiences, and impact each individual brings to the table. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $87,300–$113,520 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
