Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver top-tier service while ensuring safety and efficiency on every project.
Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep landscapes pristine.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to complete maintenance projects.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities like pruning trees, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and installing or repairing hardscape features.
- Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff.
- Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth.
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols consistently while working with construction tools, machinery, and landscaping materials.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge and experience operating landscaping or construction equipment such as excavators and power tools.
- Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and horticulture principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing tasks efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess a valid G class driver’s license and personal vehicle to get to site.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the landscape industry
- Speak, read, and write English
- Use of personal mobile device for communication, time and project tracking.
- Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months.
