The Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional patient journey from the moment a patient contacts or enters the clinic through post-treatment follow-up. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College diploma or degree considered an asset
- Previous experience in customer service, medical aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Comfortable learning new systems, products, and technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
