The Role
This is a hybrid position combining showroom sales with hands-on warehouse and inventory work. No two days look exactly alike—you’ll be advising a homeowner on a bathroom renovation in the morning and helping organize incoming stock in the afternoon. If you love variety and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist showroom customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through our product selection
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations across our full range of bathroom and kitchen fixtures
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales in a professional and consultative manner
- Earn commission on your sales—your effort directly reflects your income
Warehouse & Inventory
- Receive, unbox, and organize incoming product shipments in the back of store
- Pick and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stock area
- Assist with inventory counts and help ensure accurate stock records
- Move and transport product using safe lifting practices (some heavy items involved)
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior sales or retail experience is an asset—though not required; we’re happy to train the right person
- Physical ability to lift and move product (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Forklift certified, or willing to be trained—forklift operation is part of the role
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Interest in home renovation, kitchen and bath design, or building products is a bonus
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
