About the Role
BMM Construction is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Lead / Site Manager to oversee retail renovation and installation projects across Canada. This role is suited for someone who enjoys leading diverse crews, solving potential on-site problems, and working in a fast-paced retail construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead renovation, installation, and retail refresh projects across Canada.
- Manage crews of 4–15 people, including unionized trades, merchandisers, and temporary labor.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and project timelines.
- Communicate professionally with store management, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, WHMIS, construction standards, and all building/fire codes.
- Participate directly in fixture installation, merchandising, teardown, and site preparation.
- Work safely at heights and follow all PPE protocols.
- Complete digital daily reports, schedules, photos, and documentation.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and professionalism.
- Adapt quickly to changing project scopes, timelines, and environments.
Requirements
- Experience leading construction, installation, or retail renovation projects.
- Experience supervising multi-trade teams (union and non-union).
- Ability to travel nationwide and work night shifts.
- Obtain practical skills in fixture installation or retail setup.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working at heights.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with digital reporting and scheduling tools.
- Able to be steady, adaptable, and confident under pressure.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
