We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while also promoting additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and recommend suitable services or products.
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance the client’s experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a professional environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Certification or license in cosmetology or nail technology as required by state regulations.
- A passion for beauty, nails, and providing an outstanding client experience.
