- Assist customers with sales opportunities by identifying needs and promoting suitable products or services.
- Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client information using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices including call etiquette and active listening techniques.
