Compact Approach to Resilient Engineering Ltd. is expanding operations within New Brunswick and are seeking individuals for existing and future casual opportunities in various positions and locations throughout the province.
We are looking for diverse backgrounds, independence, and the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in an Engineering Technology program.
- Registration as a Professional (Peng or PTech) within New Brunswick or be eligible.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
Applicants must clearly demonstrate all the essential qualifications and no potential conflict of interest to be given further consideration. Please state your language capability and ensure that your preferred language is identified on your resume. AutoCAD experience is considered an asset.
Résumés should be in chronological order specifying education and employment in months and years.
What you will do?
You will report to the senior engineer and tasks will vary based on past experience. Typical tasks will include:
- Preliminary Design;
- Estimating Project Costs;
- Conducting Design Checks and Calculations;
- Inspection and Site Visits;
- Reviewing and Researching;
Specifics about the Position includes:
- Remote working environment, with potential to transfer into a hybrid environment;
- Assignments will be flexible to suite your current schedule and can be accepted or declined freely;
- Work hours are on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours;
- Hourly wages will vary based on experience & qualifications, and includes an additional 4% benefit for public holidays;
