We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector in our Crossfield location.
This candidate will perform the Quality Control Inspector responsibilities working under the supervision of the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and issuance of measuring and testing equipment
- Ensure company, client, code and regulatory requirements are successfully and efficiently obtained
- Organization of data manuals and inspection documentation
- Inspection of Boom and its subcontractors work to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate client and subcontractors regarding quality issues and deliverables
- Organize and perform walkdowns with client after completion of projects
- Maintain and / or create various tracking documents
- Follow Boom procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand engineered drawings, specs, details and standards
- Proficient knowledge on industry standards and legislative requirements
- 5+ Years experience in Quality Control
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
- Thorough knowledge of heavy equipment and its functions
- Proficiency in Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- CWB Level 1 at least
- Asset to have trade ticket or Engineering Diploma or Degree in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00-$85.00 per hour
