Requirements
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates will not be considered).
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Professional, diplomatic, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, and in person.
- Process customer orders, transactions, and account updates accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
- Handle conflict resolution, negotiations, and objections with confidence.
- Communicate updates regarding company policies, procedures, products, services, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot customer service issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
- Contact customers regarding promotions, new products, and industry events.
- Assist with product launches, marketing events, and promotional activities.
- Provide support to the Branch Administrator and Warehouse team as needed.
- Perform inventory cycle counts when required.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with occasional work in the warehouse.
- Regular use of a computer and telephone.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require.
