Overview:
Seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver/Kitchen Helper to support catering operations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role involves both driving and on-site service responsibilities, as well as back-of-house support.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload food, equipment, and catering ware (up to 50 lbs)
- Operate a company SUV to deliver catering orders to client locations throughout the GTA
- Set up meals and presentation tables at client sites in a timely and organized manner
- Perform dishwashing and general kitchen support duties as required
- Follow assigned schedules and complete tasks independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Comfortable using GPS/navigation (e.g., Google Maps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills: polite, patient, and helpful demeanour
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Flexible availability required
- Occasional early mornings and weekend shifts (a few times per month)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
