Wilco Contractors Southwest Inc. is hiring Experienced Hardscape/Landscape Construction Lead Hands and Supervisors.
Requirements/Qualifications and Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Must have extensive experience in Hardscape (Rock/Retaining Walls, Brick/Masonry, Patios, Walkways, Base preparation, Turf Installation, Irrigation, Landscape Development etc.)
- Must have 5 years experience as a Foreman or Supervisor (reference required)
- Experienced in dealing with subcontractors and clients.
- Ability to complete safety paperwork and lead crew members in industry best practices to ensure a foster a safe working environment
- Be hands-on in field construction, and directly involved in all aspects of project construction with your designated Project Manager.
- Organize, schedule, plan - materials and equipment for projects so work can commence and continue uninterrupted
- Must be able to lead and supervise a team of 3-5 people minimum, or multiple crews at a time.
- Class 5 license and clean driving record
- Fluent with reading and interpreting Blueprints
