GFR Pharma is a privately held manufacturer of natural health products. With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a “Order Picker” to join our Warehouse team on the morning shift.
The position requires a person that (but not limited to):
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for Production.
- Enter data into ERP system.
- Action Production inquiries regarding discrepancies in lot, quantity and/or location.
- Assist in inventory counts.
- Segregate allergen items in Bin and staging locations.
- Consolidate and replenish bin locations.
- Maintain production staging locations and pre-staging locations.
- Assist in other areas of Warehouse when required.
Shift Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday
Rate: $21.00 per hour plus .50 per hour afternoon shift premium
Requirements include:
- Completion of Grade 12.
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work area.
- Good command of English; both written and verbal.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift, up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Ability to work with scanners, measuring tools and scales.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Good reasoning skills, with the ability to assess a situation and find the logical answer.
- Experience with computers and ERP or other data entry systems would be an asset.
- One year of forklift experience required.
- Material handling equipment experience required.
