T-Brothers Food & Trading Ltd. is an importer and distributor of Korean food products established in 1994. Our portfolio includes a wide range of Korean food products distributed across Canada.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to help grow our business with retail, foodservice, and distribution customers.
Role Overview
This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for managing assigned accounts, following up on product opportunities, supporting new listings and promotions, and identifying ways to grow sales.
This role reports to the Sales Lead / Global Markets Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support assigned retail, foodservice, and distribution accounts
- Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and customer contacts
- Follow up on product offers, pricing submissions, promotions, and new listing opportunities
- Visit customer locations and stores within Metro Vancouver
- Identify gaps in customer assortments and recommend suitable products
- Prepare sales presentations, pricing sheets, and promotional proposals
- Work with internal teams to support samples, pricing, order coordination, and customer follow-up
- Monitor sales performance, order patterns, and promotional results
Travel Expectations
This role requires regular customer and store visits within Metro Vancouver, with occasional travel within Canada as needed. A company vehicle will be provided for business travel within Metro Vancouver.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related role
- Experience in food, grocery, retail, CPG, distribution, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Assets
- Experience working with grocery retailers, distributors, or foodservice customers
- Knowledge of food products or grocery categories
- Korean language proficiency is an asset, but not required
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools for sales support and presentations
