We are looking for experienced breakfast cook that are familiar with the fast pace of breakfast cooking. Shifts start between 6:00am and 9:00am. We offer competitive pay including bi-weekly tip outs. If you are interested please submit
Duties:
- Running kitchen & expo on busier days.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
