What You’ll Be Doing:
Weekend Floor Supervisor – Saturdays & Sundays (10:30am–4:00pm)
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during lunch service
- Ensure smooth operations and uphold high service standards
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our hospitality values
Evening Server – 2 to 3 Shifts per Week (You Choose)
- Deliver exceptional table service with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism
- Build connections with guests and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability: must be available to work from 10:30am–4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- 3+ years of experience in serving in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat in high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Wine knowledge an asset (we feature an all-Greek wine list — don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Smart Serve certification required
