Fertility Nurse
NEO Fertility is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. We are looking for someone with a vast skillset and a great ability to multi-task to join our wonderful staff.
The Introduction:
The Fertility Nurse will report to the Medical Director and will have a wide range of responsibilities such as seeing current and new fertility patients, conducting pelvic examinations, interpretation of lab results, providing fertility counselling, coordinating and performing intrauterine inseminations, triaging incoming referrals, and other duties as assigned by the Medical Director.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registration in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Nursing Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
- Current registration as RN with College of Nurses and current BCLS accreditation
- Track record of regular and punctual attendance and schedule adherence
- Pleasant telephone manner and effective communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records systems an asset
- Fertility clinic or gynecology experience an asset but not necessary. Willing to train
- Bilingualism/multilingualism considered an asset
