The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our Fredericton clinic operations.
This role is about more than managing schedules and processes—it’s about leading a team, creating a positive environment, and ensuring every patient experience reflects the care and respect they deserve.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Optimize scheduling, resources, and clinic performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and patient care
What We’re Looking For
Healthcare team leadership — Led staff in clinical and administrative settings with 3+ years of hands‑on managerial experience.
Patient‑centered culture — Fostered an environment grounded in dignity, respect, kindness, and positive patient interactions.
Operational adaptability — Quickly learned new systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements in fast‑changing healthcare environments.
Staff development — Coached, motivated, and positively influenced team members to improve performance and engagement.
Relationship‑building — Built strong rapport with patients, families, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners.
Ethical leadership — Demonstrated integrity, sincerity, and professionalism in all interactions and decisions.

Decision‑making in healthcare — Used sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to address patient issues, staffing needs, and workflow challenges.
