Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mitigation Manager to lead and oversee our emergency restoration and mitigation operations. The successful candidate will manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects from initial response through completion while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This leadership role is responsible for supervising field teams, coordinating project schedules, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and business partners
CORE FUNCTIONS:
· Ensure all mitigation files are consistent and profitable.
· Ensure all production staff are properly trained in all aspects of mitigation services.
· Ensure all production staff are properly trained in all aspects of PuroCleans Health & Safety Program
· Assist in driving new initiatives as well as creating accurate assessment criteria to measure success.
· Understanding, demonstrating, and promoting the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company.
· Understanding, demonstrating, and promoting the operational systems used by the company.
· Maintaining a professional appearance, attitude, and code of conduct at all times.
· Working effectively toward successful outcomes with all parties involved in restoration activities.
· Always achieves customer satisfaction beyond a customer’s expectation of service.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
HEALTH & SAFETY
· Act as production Health and Safety liaison
o This includes meeting with Health & Safety manager regularly
· Train and onboard all production staff to PuroCleans Health and Safety Program.
· Train and enforce safety paperwork. Ensure paperwork is used and present on all job sites.
· Ensure Jobsites are functioning according to Health and Safety Plan through regular site reviews.
· Ensure PPE is in proper working order and staff is trained on proper usage.
o Ensure staff is trained on appropriate PPE based on hazard identification.
· Train staff on common products used and stored by PuroClean and their proper function.
· Participate in all PuroClean Health & Safety initiatives.
SHOP:
· Maintain a clean & organized shop.
· Create & maintain relationships with vendors to ensure proper products are available at competitive prices. This includes yearly audits to ensure vendor pricing is competitive.
· Maintain, monthly, asset listing. To be up to date at all times.
· Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition.
a. This includes facilitating equipment repairs.
b. Locking out / tagging out damaged or unsafe equipment.
· Ordering consumables in most efficient manner possible
· Enforce equipment and consumable check outs and tracking.
· Create monthly inventory lists, including value, and resent to GM at end of every month.
VEHICLES:
· Ensure fleet is being properly maintained by qualified professionals.
· Ensure fleet is in proper and safe working condition.
· Ensure fleet is properly logo’d as per PuroClean Brand Standards
· Ensure fleet always has proper safety documentation and equipment.
· Perform regular vehicle inspections as to make sure they are clean and organized inside.
· Ensure vehicles carry proper inventory at all times.
MITIGATION MANAGER:
· Responsible for hiring, firing, and disciplinary process as it relates to all production staff.
o Termination to be approved by GM.
o Escalations to be discussed and signed off by GM.
· Perform quarterly performance reviews with all production staff. To be filled out and handed into GM to be added to employee files.
· Onboard and train production staff to deliver quality care to PuroClean Customers.
· Ensure all mitigation files deliver great customer care.
· Perform 3 random inspections per month to double check quality of work being performed and cleanliness of job sites.
· Attend new mitigation files as needed by PM’s
· Oversee mitigations files as requested by PM’s
· Ensure all mitigation files have proper paperwork. This includes moisture readings, mapping, and equipment readings and calculations.
· Ensure that all mitigation software is used consistently and as per PuroClean procedures.
· Create and execute production staff development plans
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
