Grant Ag is actively seeking a Coordinator interested in enhancing their data analysis and coordinating experience in a supportive team environment. Grant Ag is a growing Agriculture company looking to expand its workforce to meet our increasing sales. This is an excellent growth opportunity role with a fast paced agricultural company.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate sales data
- Process orders for Crop Input products
- Provide clerical support to the sales team
- Assist customers and relaying information to proper sources
- Facilitate social media marketing
- Assist in the development of the marketing campaign
- Coordinate client service and product delivery
- Build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports for Sales and Marketing
- Assist in the formulation and execution of the Sales and Marketing business plan
- Maintain Inventory records
- Work closely with internal and external suppliers
- Enter sales data for financial reconciliation and payment
- On occasion perform reception duties
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in business or accounting
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Data entry
- Reliable and able to work occasional extra hours in peak seasons
- Attention to detail
- Well organized and able to meet deadlines
- Bilingual in both French and English is an asset
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience
