Role Overview
Are you an energetic, proactive communicator who loves solving problems and working with creative designs? As our Customer Services Officer – Packaging Innovation, you will be the vital link between our valued clients, graphics team, and production floor.
You’ll manage order workflows, assist clients with packaging innovation projects, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to finished product. If you have a background in the printing industry and a keen eye for design, this is the perfect stage for your skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship & Order Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding label printing, materials, and packaging innovations.
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently using Label Traxx management software.
- Provide proactive updates to clients on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to recommend innovative packaging, label stock, and finishing solutions to clients.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Pre-Press / Graphics team to ensure artwork files meet printing specifications before production.
- Liaise with production, scheduling, and dispatch teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to exact quality standards.
- Act as an energetic, supportive team player across all departments to maintain smooth workflow operations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service, Account Management, or Pre-Press Support role within the printing or packaging industry is highly desirable.
- Software: Experience with Label Traxx (or similar print management MIS/ERP software) is a major advantage.
- Graphics Knowledge: Understanding of graphics prepress, artwork proofs, color management, or print specifications is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills:
