Now Hiring: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Pay: $18/hour
What you’ll do:
- Provide warm, professional customer service to our customers
- Assist with orders, inquiries, and general customer support
- Work closely with the sales team, accounts, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Use computer systems to process information accurately
- Represent the Spearhead brand with a positive attitude
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills with a pleasant, people-first attitude
- Comfortable and proficient with computers
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
