As a First Impressions Coordinator, you'll be the face and voice of Dartmouth Mitsubishi, creating a welcoming experience for every guest who visits, calls, or connects with our dealership. You'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting the Sales, Service, and Administration teams.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
Answering and directing incoming calls while providing exceptional service
Creating positive first impressions for walk-in guests, customers, and dealership partners
Supporting Sales and Service departments with administrative tasks and customer coordination
Maintaining accurate customer information within dealership systems
Recording walk-in traffic and sales inquiries using CRM technology
Preparing vehicle documentation including stock cards, window stickers, registrations, and ownership transfers
Maintaining secure tracking of vehicle keys, dealer plates, and dealership assets
Managing mail, courier deliveries, office supplies, and administrative resources
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and guest lounge
Supporting team members with onboarding and administrative needs
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and dealership operations
A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and a welcoming personality
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and office applications
Reliable, dependable, and willing to support a growing team
Previous automotive, hospitality, reception, or administrative experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and commitment to excellence.
