KA Bright & Clean Co. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented subcontract cleaners to join our growing team!
We specialize in high-quality residential cleans, including maintenance, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services. We are a small, supportive team that takes pride in detailed work and creating a positive experience for our clients.
This is a subcontractor position.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in residential homes
- Must be physically capable of cleaning for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and stairs
- Must have a smartphone for communication/scheduling
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person

Job Duties Include:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Deep cleaning tasks
- Move-out/move-in cleaning
- Attention to detail in all areas of the home
Important Information:
- This is a subcontractor role, not employee-based
- Pay is discussed based on experience
- Must be able to travel to jobs in Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, and surrounding area
- Hours vary week to week depending on bookings
